Data protection

Personal and data protection is of the highest priority.

It is important to prevent confidential information from being misused, reaching unauthorized persons, or being passed on to third parties without the client’s consent.

At Inkarani Wuillemin's consulting practice, confidential information is recorded in handwritten form and stored in a locked file. The information is retained for 20 years after the conclusion of the last consultation. After that, it is destroyed.

During consultations, any internet connection will be disconnected by the practice. Clients are advised to turn off their electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) or switch them to airplane mode during consultations. Counseling sessions via telephone or an internet portal provider at the client's request are conducted at their own risk.
